If you purchase any NaturScent Product and are not completely satisfied, please email us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.  We will replace any product that is damaged or that you are not satisfied with, provided you let us know within the 7 day time frame.  Clearance items will not be replaced for any reason unless they are damaged during shipment. 

Do not return merchandise without prior approval from our Customer Service Department. Do not include any items that were not approved for return. No credit or refund will be issued on returned merchandise that is not in original condition.

All merchandise is shipped by either UPS or USPS. If your preferred shipment method is UPS, and it is going to a residential location, UPS does not require a signature for the shipment, therefore they will leave it at your door.  If you will not be at home at the time of expected delivery, please make arrangements with a neighbor or friend to accept the delivery.
