Policies


1. We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy.  The return of any item can be instituted within 10 days of reciept of shipment for a refund on the cost of goods and less shipping charges and applicable restocking fee, if returned intact.  All returned items must be recieived by us within 10 business days to qualify for a refund.

2.  All subjective returns will be assessed a 30% restocking fee.

3.  If an error has been made by us on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipping.  All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be sole responsiblity of the customer and they will be accountable for returned freight.

4.  All subjective returns must be returned in a saleable condition.  Partially used prodcuts will not be credited.  If we do not receive the merchandise or if it is damaged, we will not issue a refund or credit.


5.  If your shipment has been delivered then it is the customers responsiblity from there. We do not refund for stolen or damaged items once it has been delivered.

6.  Products that are returned due to quality issues will be refunded or credited only after a quality control inspection is carried out on the returned items.


Ordering Guidelins

1.  As a wholesaler we are finding it difficult to accommodate increasing number of small orders.  The rising cost of administering small orders have been straining our ability to offer the most competitive pricing in the industry, hence we will be institutiong a minimum order policy which requires a minimum of one case but we will mix to fragrances together per case.  On all orders less than that will have an administrative fee of $20.00 and will be applied to final total.

2.  Due to the volatile nature of the essential oils market, price commitment is limited to the date the order was placed.  We shall do our best to keep our website updated on a daily basis.

Payment Methods

1.  All orders are prepaid and payments will be taken before an order is packed and shipped.


2.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Pay Pal, Check, and Money Order.

Shipping

1.  Our default shipping agents are UPS and the United States Post Office.

2.  In all Cases we can pass on our heavily discounts rates to you, our customer.  We do not operate our shipping department as a profit center.  Please note that your shipping cost is calculated on-line using an interated UPS or Post Office module using the annually negatiated discounted rates.  Our online quotes are estimates based on weight and volume calculations.

3.  NaturScent takes no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delay that may occur.  We must be notified should any additional insurance be required.  Without notification we ship products without insurance.  Please note transporters often do not have heat in thier trucks in the winter or refrigerate them in summer.

4.  We currently do not require orders to be signed when delivered.  However should customers want the signature required option, a $5.00 fee will be charged by UPS or the Post Office.

5. To redirect your parcel to another address or if you gave the wrong address or any missing information that requires an update then a $10.00 fee will be billed to the customer and added to the total of
purchase.


Cancellation of an existing order

1.  Orders are usually processed within 2 business days depending up on the season.  Orders placed on the weekend may be processed on the following Monday.  All orders cancelled after they have been filled will be charged a 20% restocking fee.


Legal Terms and Conditions

1.  NaturScent reserves the right to update product prices at any time, for any reason.  While we strive to maintain accurate and timely price information, we are not ultimately responsible for errors, omissions, or otherwise inaccurate prices on the website.  The final amount of money due per order is always determined at checkout time, not during shopping cart selection.

2.  Customers may put products into the shopping cart during sale, but may choose to postpone their final checkout until later.  The customer is always responsible for the most recent product price, even if their selected products are no longer on sale at checkout time.  The customer, likewise, assumes responsiblity for any missed discounts, for any reason, due to price changes that may occur between product selection and final check out.


3.  The information and services available to you on this website may contain errors and the site is subjected to periods of interruption.  NaturScent does its best to maintain the information and services it offers on the web errors, defects, lost profits, or other consequntial damages arising from the use of this website.
